At Ufumbuzi Now, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. 14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Please include your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at aaitcsmwe9@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take your bank or card issuer additional time to post the credit to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • All discounted / sale items
  • Items marked as clearance
  • Gift cards

7. Order Cancellations
